Workshop Booking Terms & Conditions
(Half-Day & Full-Day Workshops)
Please take a moment to read the following terms to ensure everything is clear before your workshop.
Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place on the workshop. Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received.
Please note that dates discussed via email or messages are not confirmed until full payment has been made.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that correct and up-to-date contact details, including a valid email address, are provided at the time of booking. Where applicable, participants may be asked to complete a short form prior to the workshop, which may include information such as dietary requirements, medical conditions, or other relevant details to help support their participation.
Cancellations & Rescheduling (By the Participant)
If you need to cancel or reschedule your workshop, please provide as much notice as possible.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the workshop start time may be eligible to reschedule to an alternative date, subject to availability and agreement.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop start time are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Any rescheduled workshop must be arranged within 3 months of the original date and attended within 6 months, subject to availability.
If the Workshop Needs to Be Rescheduled or Cancelled by Me
In the unlikely event that Lee Cooper needs to reschedule or cancel a workshop, you will be offered a suitable alternative date.
If an alternative date cannot be agreed, a full refund will be provided.
Outdoor Nature of the Workshop
Many workshops take place outdoors and may involve walking and working in varying weather conditions. Locations, timings, and activities may be adjusted on the day due to weather, safety considerations, or other factors outside of our control. These adjustments do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Participants should ensure they are comfortable working outdoors for the duration of the workshop.
Personal Responsibility & Liability
Participation in the workshop is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk. Participants are responsible for their own wellbeing and for taking reasonable care of their health and safety during the workshop.
Lee Cooper Photography cannot accept responsibility for loss of personal belongings, damage to equipment, or injuries sustained during the workshop, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Agreement
By booking a workshop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
If you have any questions or would like to discuss your booking before confirming, please get in touch - I’m always happy to help.
